2020 has been a bad year for everyone but customer facing jobs such as makeup artistry suffered a major setback. With weddings being cancelled, events not happening and gatherings being limited, the need for makeup was limited to personal use. With no steady source of income, many makeup artists switched careers and many looked for alternate source of income.

Making Youtube makeup tutorials became a thing. The only problem being that youtube videos didn't pay.  

Some makeup artists also turned to online makeup teaching and found that it can be a good source of income. However, not every good makeup artist is a good trainer. The good news is that any makeup artist can learn the tricks of being a good makeup trainer by following some guidelines.

Realizing the gap in skills, Makeup Artist Association has designed this very short course (maximum 30 mins) for makeup artists who want to start teaching makeup online. The course will provide you with the basic necessary skills to be able to engage your participants and make sure their learning objectives are met.

At the end of the course, all participants will receive a certificate and will be able to identify important aspects of engagement during online teaching.
